This project required the full reconfiguration of an existing tenancy to accommodate two separate, independent offices, while simultaneously delivering a modern and functional workspace tailored to RW Account’s operational needs.

Project Overview
RW Account had outgrown their existing setup and required a newly upgraded, energy-efficient office space. At the same time, the site needed to be split into two distinct tenancies, each with separate power, data, and metering infrastructure. Tenancy Split – Electrical Infrastructure Works

The first phase of the project required a complete electrical separation between the two new tenancies. New Consumer Mains and Metering
Lightspeed Electrical installed new consumer mains for each tenancy and added individual meters for accurate tracking of energy consumption. This was essential for both billing transparency and regulatory compliance, particularly in a commercial tenancy context.
Switchboard Upgrade and Reconfiguration

Structured Data Cabling
We installed a complete structured cabling system to support high-speed networking, telephony, and internet connectivity throughout the office. The system was tested, labeled, and documented for future expansion, ensuring reliability and simplified IT management.
TV and Video Conferencing System Installation
In today’s hybrid work environment, effective audiovisual systems are essential. Lightspeed Electrical completed all cabling and system preparation for wall-mounted TVs and video conferencing setups in the meeting rooms. Energy-Efficient LED Lighting
