Lightspeed Electrical successfully completed the electrical fit-out for RW Account as part of a tenancy split project managed by Gapcomm Projects. The project required a full reconfiguration of electrical systems to establish two independent tenancies with seamless power, lighting, and data distribution.

Scope of Work

Tenancy Split Electrical Works

• Power & Data Separation – Isolated and rewired power, lighting, and data systems to create independent electrical infrastructure for both tenancies.
• New Consumer Mains & Metering – Installed dedicated consumer mains and metering for accurate energy distribution and compliance.
• Switchboard Upgrade – Upgraded and reconfigured switchboards to accommodate the new electrical load and ensure future scalability.

RW Account Office Fit-Out

• Power & Outlet Installation – New power outlets strategically placed across workstations, offices, and meeting rooms.
• Structured Data Cabling – Reliable data and networking infrastructure to support business operations.
• TV & Video Conferencing Setup – Wiring and installation of TVs and video conferencing systems for enhanced communication.
• Energy-Efficient Lighting – Configuration of modern lighting systems tailored to the new office layout.
