High-Speed Connectivity Without Compromise
We installed over 160 data points supported by a CAT6A backbone, ensuring high-bandwidth performance across the entire office. Every area was designed for consistent, reliable connectivity — eliminating dead zones and bottlenecks.
Power & Lighting Built Around the Workspace
All new power and lighting circuits were tailored to the updated layout, delivering both function and visual clarity. This included:

- Clean integration across workstations and shared spaces
Smart Automation for Everyday Comfort
A key feature of the project was the installation of 30 automated blinds, allowing seamless control of light, privacy, and internal comfort. The system is simple to operate while maintaining the durability required for daily use.
External Lighting That Completes the Build
Externally, we installed 30 metres of floodlighting and signage illumination — ensuring the building’s presence reflects the quality of the internal fit-out.
