This full-scale construction project saw our team engaged from the early planning stages, working collaboratively across budgeting, conceptual development, engineering design, and final electrical execution.
Scope of Works
The project was a complete design-and-construct delivery, incorporating a wide range of critical services:
High Voltage Infrastructure

Coordination and upgrade of the local street substation

Full design and commissioning of the Main Switchboard (MSB) with CT metering

Installation of all general and sub-distribution boards
Lighting Design & Installation

Full lighting render and lux-level modelling to ensure compliance with AS/NZS standards

Internal lighting systems throughout learning spaces, staff areas, and communal zones

External lighting including car park pole lighting, façade lights, and safety illumination for entry/exit zones
Power, Security & Data

Full fit-out of general power including GPOs, appliances, and equipment feeds

Structured data cabling for all IT, communications, and building management systems
Child Safety Focus
Every component of the electrical design was executed with child safety front and center.
From low-height outlet protections to sensor-driven lighting in key areas, every detail was aligned with the operational needs and safety standards of a modern childcare environment.
